  Last night for St. Patrick's day I had Mimi make my family a Shepherd's Pie. It really was the absolute best Shepherd's Pie my family has ever had. I use Mimi's Plate for all of my catering needs whether I am catering a Realtor Brokers Lunch, ordering for a holiday meal or even a few sandwiches and sides for a special guest coming over. Everything she makes has a special something which does not go unnoticed and keeps me coming back. It might be the heirloom tomatoes added to a salad or the hint of something sweet like maybe a brandy in the shepards pie last night. Whatever is it it is scrumptious. So glad to have such a great caterer so close by and easy to work with!
